Abstract

Muvazzaf askerlik ve onun bir görünüm biçimi olan bedelli askerlik çalışanlar için önemli bir problem olarak görülür. Eskiden dönem kamuoyunun da etkisiyle çalışanlar bedelli askerlik imkam 7179 sayılı Yasa ile yeni ve sürekli bir görünüm kazanmıştır 7179 sayılı Yasa kapsammda bedelli askerlik ve bunun işçi olarak çalışanların kıdem tazminatı durumuna etkisi bu çalışmada ele alınmıştır.The active military service and its manifestation, the paid military service, are seen as an important problem for employees.
